Cigar Rolling
The process of rolling the Wismilak Premium Cigar is done in a gallery of nearly 400 skilled rollers. The room is surprisingly quite as the rollers, working in teams, concentrate fully on their craft, ensuring exceptional consistency and quality.

Bunching the Filler or Kepompong
First, the filler tobacco leaves are gathered by the master blenders, combined together and bound up with the binder tobaccos and then rolled or "bunched" which is all done by hand. The body of Wismilak Premium Cigar is formed during the bunching process using rolling tables that are staffed by two highly trained rollers, standing face to face. One holds the leaves and the other works the roller. This method is used to avoid or minimize fatigue and to ensure high quality and consistency in the rolling process. These bunches are then measured to make sure they have the exact diameter for the size and to get the ideal shape of the cigar.

Wrapping And Cutting
After bunching, the wrapping process is begun. Unlike the binding process, one highly trained and skilled roller does this wrapping. With great care, the wrapper, which is pre-cut, is applied to the rolled bunches, resulting in a neat, soft, and smooth outer texture.
